Q: What is the difference between an Advanced and Basic Relaxation massage?

A: A basic relaxation massage is a good massage for someone who wants to just relax and is provided by our Level 1 massage therapists. An advanced relaxation massage is provided by our Level 2 providers who have the skills necessary to focus in on key areas of musculoskeletal imbalance.

Q: How could somebody benefit from a relaxation massage?

A: Relaxation massage is a phenomenal way to illicit a level of relaxation that would be otherwise unattainable without uscle and fascial manipulation. Benefits include improved circulation, pain relief, and an overall feeling of well-being.

A: A relaxation massage focuses primarily on relaxing and rest, while a deep tissue massage focuses on relieving deep fascial and muscular patterns and imbalances and targeting trouble spots in the body to alleviate pain.

Q: How is corrective exercise and personal training different?

A: Corrective Exercise identifies the imbalances in the body that could lead to injury or pain, whilst personal training focuses on balancing just the strength of your overall body.

Q: What is a 3D Analysis? Why do I need one?

A: 3D analysis is a tool that we use to analyze and identify structural, postural and functional imbalances in your body. It allows us to look at the movement patterns of the body through activity and determine the finite imbalances that we otherwise couldn’t see with the naked eye.
